Meet Our President

Suzanne Urash

Suzanne Urash, the Founder and President of CRE8 Group, has over 18 years’ experience in various sectors of telecommunications. As President of CRE8, Ms. Urash oversees all aspects of the company’s activities and operations, including sales, finance, and product execution. Ms. Urash’s management style encourages individual creativity, while at the same time promotes a coordinated team effort, keenly focused on the continued, successful implementation of client’s business objectives. Ms. Urash has a broad range of experience in marketing for domestic and international telecommunications companies.

Prior to founding CRE8, Ms. Urash was the Co-Founder and Partner of a marketing and PR firm for the technology sector located in New York City. Ms. Urash managed the composition and design of all client marketing collateral, including monthly e-newsletters, press releases and media kits, case studies, logo development, promotions, surveys, and advertisements. In addition, other services which Ms. Urash accomplished included client management, marketing plans, marketing budgets and website development.

Prior to her founding businesses, Ms. Urash was the Manager of Marketing and Business Development at Progress Telecom, LLC. She was responsible for corporate marketing strategy and re-branding Progress Telecom, Inc., a division of Progress Energy, to Progress Telecom, LLC, an independently-owned company. Ms. Urash managed a team of individuals whose roles included creative design, internal and external communications, market research and product development. In addition, she was instrumental in developing and managing the company’s channel agent program.

During her earlier telecom career, Ms. Urash held several consultant positions managing and developing wireless communications sites as well as HDTV property and tower acquisitions. These functions included property lease and acquisitions as well as representing clients at zoning and other governmental hearings.

Ms. Urash holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Finance from the University of Tampa. She is also an accomplished artist with many of her works in galleries throughout Florida and the United States.

Veronica Perrin
Veronica PerrinCustomer Success Guru
Veronica worked in the telecom industry for over 10 years, working her way up from client support and systems admin to sales and marketing. The telecom community has been her stepping stone in growing her career. As a Client Success Guru, Veronica manages CRE8 Group’s client projects to ensure quality and on-time launch of marketing and public relations initiatives. She also manages the company’s business develop efforts and assists in the development and design of client advertisements, marketing collateral, and product launches.

Prior to working with CRE8 Group, Veronica worked at Budget Internet, a local Internet provider that became a Wireless Internet Service Provider (WISP), she learned how challenging it could be to manage a network, customer relationships and billing. After leaving Budget Internet, she worked for Visp Technologies, a billing and automation solution provider, where she managed key team members, mastered the art of sales and the importance of quality customer service combined with understanding the many issues related to software sales and development. After Visp Technologies, she worked at WISPA, the Wireless Internet Service Providers Association, to grow its membership and increase value to members. Here she built many valuable connections who helped guide her towards starting her own on-boarding business with a goal of helping businesses with their growth and success.

Veronica has a strong passion for helping others succeed, both in business and personal endeavors. She mentored disadvantaged children and volunteered at Hospice. She is always open to opportunities where she can spread her love and passion to others.
