I’d like to welcome you to Webair’s first quarterly newsletter. Through it, we hope to provide you with insight not only into Webair’s latest developments, but also current industry news, trends, tips and tidbits that we hope you’ll find valuable for your business.

We’ve been especially busy over the last few months, working hard to bring you what we (and our clients) consider one of the best customer experiences in the industry, along with a world-class engineered hosting platform. At Webair, we have a strong engineering pedigree that helps us understand our customers’ needs more deeply, pushing us to develop a brand new user experience for our services that strikes a balance between the ease of fully managed solutions and the control of self-provisioning capabilities.

First, we have enhanced our web-based customer portal, EZPanel, which makes it easier than ever to instantly sign up for accounts and start self-provisioning enterprise VMWare® Public Cloud instances, IaaS, Bare Metal servers, CDN and Colocation services from Webair. It also allows customers an unprecedented degree of visibility and control over their individual environments via an easy-to-use, intuitive interface.

Customers can use the portal to easily order servers and services, spin up cloud instanced on the fly, check the status of tickets and work orders and view billing details.  EZPanel lets you configure the resources you need, when you need them.  If you have any comments or suggestions regarding the new EZPanel portal, please leave us feedback. Second, Webair’s new, streamlined website makes it easier for visitors to easily gather essential information about our best-in-class Cloud, Colocation and Managed solutions by accessing rich new content, engaging infographics and service maps. Visitors can search through our solutions by industry rather than specific service, enabling them to better understand how Webair can best serve their individual needs. The website also features brand new live-chat, IaaS pricing calculator - https://www.webair.com/iaas/  and a solution finder tool for vastly improved interactivity and functionality - https://www.webair.com/find-the-solution/.

Third, with our recent introduction of CloudPOD, we can drastically decrease our customers’ cloud deployment time.  Webair offers two primary types of private clouds, delivering the right solution to match each customer’s specific performance, security and reliability needs. Customers wanting a fully managed service can select the Webair VMware Private Cloud, while those seeking more control over their cloud solution can opt for Webair’s CloudPOD offering. With a Webair CloudPOD, enterprise and service provider customers can deploy pre-configured clouds in our state-of-the-art, global data centers. 

As you can see, we have had a very busy few months, continuing to align our infrastructure and customer experience to provide a best-in-class hosting environment.
